《GB/T 19443-2004标称电压高于1000V的架空线路用绝缘子----直流系统用瓷或玻璃绝缘子元件----定义、试验方法和接收准则》由TC80(全国绝缘子标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准适用于标称电压高于1000V的直流架空电力线路用瓷或玻璃绝缘子串件。本标准不适用于有机复合绝缘子。本标准对绝缘子在直流电压下其他状态的应用由有关技术委员会考虑。
Scope
This standard applies to porcelain or glass insulator string components for DC overhead power lines with a nominal voltage higher than 1000V. This standard does not apply to organic composite insulators. The application of this standard to other conditions of insulators under DC voltage is considered by the relevant technical committee. This standard specifies: - technical requirements, dimensions and characteristics of insulators; - conditions for testing the specified values of these characteristics; - acceptance criteria. This standard specifies basic characteristic tests similar to IEC 60383-1. In order to ensure satisfactory long-term performance of DC insulators, some tests must be added. Currently, these additional tests are only relevant to disc suspension insulators. In view of the lack of valid data on the performance of long rod insulators for d.c. lines, it is currently not possible to specify or confirm tests suitable for such insulators at d.c. This standard does not include requirements for the selection of insulators or special tests for specific operating conditions, for example, aging caused by specific operating conditions.
