本标准规定了玉米赤霉烯酮(zearalenone,以下简称ZEN)的薄层色谱测定方法和酶联免疫吸附测定法。本标准适用于配合饲料和饲用谷物原料中ZNE的测定。薄层色谱测定方法的最低检测量为20ng,酶联免疫吸附测定方法的最低检测量为0.25ng。


Scope

This standard specifies the thin-layer chromatography and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay methods for zearalenone (zearalenone, hereinafter referred to as ZEN). This standard applies to the determination of ZEN in compound feed and feed grain raw materials. The minimum detection amount of TLC method is 20 n9, and the minimum detection amount of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method is 0.25 n9.
