Requirements for key component assembly:
- Electromagnetic induction heaters shall be used for main shaft bearing assembly, and the temperature shall be controlled below 120℃.
- Check the gearbox elastic support for cracks and damage before assembly to ensure installation at the same height.
- Calculation formula for yaw and pitch drive normal backlash: j_bn = (0.03~0.05) × m
Installation inspection and quality assurance:
- The torque method is used to inspect the tightness of bolt connections, with a sampling rate of 10%. When the unqualified rate is 20%, 100% of the bolts shall be re-tightened.
- Electrical wiring requires good insulation of the wires, clear markings, and grounding resistance ≤4Ω.

GB/T 19568-2017 replaces the old standard GB/T19568-2004. The main technical changes include:
- Expanding "screw and bolt connection" to "screw, bolt, stud connection".
- Adding assembly requirements for key components (yaw, pitch drive, brake, etc.).
- Supplementing the requirements for "wind rotor installation", "cable laying" and "electrical wiring" in wind farm installation.
