《GB/T 19655-2005灯用附件启动装置（辉光启动器除外）性能要求》由TC224（全国照明电器标准化技术委员会）归口，TC224SC1（全国照明电器标准化技术委员会电光源及其附件分会）执行，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会
本标准规定了采用50Hz或60Hz，1000V以下交流电源的管形荧光灯及其他放电灯用的启动装置、启动器和触发器的性能要求，这种启动装置产生不大于5kV的启动脉冲。
本标准应与GB 19510.2一起使用。

Scope

This standard specifies the performance requirements for starting devices, starters and triggers for tubular fluorescent lamps and other discharge lamps using 50Hz or 60Hz AC power below 1000V. Such starting devices can generate starting pulses not greater than 5kV. This standard should be used together with GB 19510.2.
