本标准规定了黄羽肉鸡产品质量分级的要求、质量指标及评分标准、抽样方法、测试方法和分级判别规则。本标准适用于国家级和省级家禽地方品种中的黄羽肉鸡，以及以这些地方品种鸡为亲本的黄羽肉鸡培育品系、黄羽肉鸡配套系鸡的质量分级，其他类型黄羽肉鸡的质量分级可参照本标准执行。本标准不适用于引进快大型肉鸡品种的质量分级。

Scope

This standard specifies the quality classification requirements, quality indicators and scoring standards, sampling methods, testing methods and classification rules for yellow-feather broiler products. This standard applies to the quality classification of yellow-feathered broiler chickens among national and provincial poultry local breeds, as well as the breeding lines of yellow-feather broiler chickens with these local breeds as parents, and the quality grading of yellow-feather broiler mating lines, and the quality of other types of yellow-feather broiler chickens. Grading can be carried out with reference to this standard. This standard does not apply to the quality classification of imported fast and large broiler breeds.
