本标准适用于国家质量监督检验检疫行政主管部门根据《地理标志产品保护规定》批准的抚远鲟鱼子、鳇鱼子、大麻（马）哈鱼子。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of Fuyuan sturgeon roe, beluga roe, hemp (horse) salmon roe, protection scope of geographical indication products, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard applies to Fuyuan sturgeon roe, beluga roe, and hemp (horse) salmon roe that are approved to be protected by the national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine administrative department in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
