《GB/T 19876-2005机械安全 与人体部位接近速度 相关防护设施的定位》由TC246（全国电磁兼容标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
GB/T19889的本部分规定了两房间之间在扩散声场条件下内墙、楼板和门空气声隔声性能的现场测量方法，以及提供给房屋使用者确定的隔声效果的方法。此方法给出随频率变化的空气声隔声量。运用GB/T 50121，可以把隔声量转化为表征声学特性的单值评价量。测量结果可用于比较房间之间的隔声性能，以及将实际隔声量与规定的要求作比较。

Scope

This standard provides parameters based on human arm data and approach speed, and provides a method for determining the minimum distance from the sensor or actuator of the protective device to the danger zone. These specific devices are: a) Automatic shutdown devices specified in 3.23.5 of GB/T 15706.1-1995 (especially electro-sensitive protective devices, pressure-sensitive pads), including those devices used to assist in triggering the operation. b) The two-hand control device specified in 3.23.4 of GB/T 15706.1-1995 and included in GB/T 19671-2005. This standard does not apply to protective devices that are intended to be moved without the aid of tools, such as suspended two-hand control devices, next to the danger zone that is less than the calculated distance. The minimum distances obtained according to this standard do not apply to protective devices for detecting the presence of people in a protected area that already has protective devices or electro-sensitive protective devices.
