本标准规定了猪链球菌2型毒力因子MRP和EF检测的荧光PCR操作方法。本标准适用于检测生猪拭子、增菌增养物、疑似病料及猪组织样品中猪链球菌2型菌株的致病力。

Scope

This standard specifies the fluorescent PCR operation method for the detection of Streptococcus suis type 2 virulence factors MRP and EF. This standard is applicable to the detection of pathogenicity of Streptococcus suis type 2 strains in pig swabs, enrichment cultures, suspected disease materials and pig tissue samples.
