本部分规定了风轮扫掠面积等于或大于40m2的水平轴风力发电机组的技术要求、安全要求、试验方法、检验规则以及储运、交付等要求。 本部分适用于水平轴风力发电机组(以下简称机组)。


Scope

This part specifies the technical requirements, safety requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and requirements for storage, transportation and delivery of horizontal-axis wind turbines with the swept area of the wind rotor equal to or greater than 40m2. This section applies to horizontal axis wind turbines (hereinafter referred to as the unit).
