本部分规定了风轮扫掠面积等于或大于40m2的水平轴风力发电机组的技术要求、安全要求、试验方法、检验规则以及储运、交付等要求。本部分适用于水平轴风力发电机组（以下简称机组）。

Scope

This part specifies the technical requirements, safety requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and requirements for storage, transportation and delivery of horizontal-axis wind turbines with the swept area of the wind rotor equal to or greater than 40m². This section applies to horizontal axis wind turbines (hereinafter referred to as the unit).
