《GB/T 20196-2006饲料中盐霉素的测定》由TC76（全国饲料工业标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了饲料巾盐霉素的微生物榆验方法和高效液相色谱仪柱前衍生化检验方法。本标准种方法均适川于配合饲料、浓缩饲料、添加剂预混合饲料中盐霉素的测定。最低榆出限为1.25 mg/kg。其微生物检验方法为仲裁法。本标准高效液相色谱柱前衍生化法也适用于盐霉素预混剂中盐霉素的测定。
Scope
This standard specifies the microbiological test method of salinomycin in feed and the test method of pre-column derivatization by high performance liquid chromatography. Both methods in this standard are applicable to the determination of salinomycin in compound feed, concentrated feed and additive premixed feed. The lowest detection limit is 1.25mg/kg. The microbiological testing method is the arbitration method. This standard HPLC pre-column derivatization method is also applicable to the determination of salinomycin in salinomycin premix.
