Introduction
Core changes in the standard revision
| 2006 version | Main improvements of the 2017 version | Technical significance |
|---|---|---|
| No term definition | Added 3.1-3.7 terminology system | Unified industry technical language |
| Simple acceptance conditions | Refine 4.1-4.4 acceptance preconditions | Improve acceptance systematization |
| 240h trial operation | Added 120h extension mechanism | More in line with actual operating conditions |
Key acceptance technical indicators
Availability: the annual average value of the whole site ≥95% (Clause 7.2.6)
Noise limit: ≤110dB(A) at 1/3 rated power
Analysis of implementation points
Pre-acceptance process
- Document review (Clause 4.1)
- Subsystem inspection (Appendix A.2)
- 240h trial operation (Clause 6.1.3)
- Material handover confirmation
Final acceptance focus
| Inspection items | Based on standards | Qualification standards |
|---|---|---|
| Drive chain vibration | VDI 3834 | No abnormal spectrum |
| Gearbox oil | IEC 61400-4 | Metal content meets the standard |
| High-strength bolts | Appendix E | Preload error ≤5% |
Typical application case
During the pre-acceptance of a 2MW unit, it was found that the vibration value of the gearbox exceeded the standard. According to the standard requirements:
- Instrument accuracy was verified according to Clause 4.3
- Spectrum analysis was performed with reference to VDI 3834
- Finally confirmed to be misalignment, passed the acceptance after adjustment
Analysis of Standard Evolution
The 2017 version highlights three major technological advances:
- Digital acceptance: Newly added nacelle anemometer method (GB/T 33225)
- Full life cycle management: Increased quality assurance period assessment requirements
- Internationalization: References 8 items of IEC 61400 series standards
