《GB/T 20363-2006饲料中苯巴比妥的测定》由TC76（全国饲料工业标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了以高效液相色谱（HPLC）法和气相色谱-质谱（GC-MS）法测定饲料中苯巴比妥的方法，规定GC-MS法为仲裁法。本标准适合于配合饲料、浓缩饲料和预混合饲料中苯巴比妥的测定与仲裁。HPLC法的最低检测限为5.0 ng（取样5g时，最低检测浓度为0.50 mg/kg），GC-MS法最低检测限为0.25 ng（取样5g时，最低检测浓度为0.10 mg/kg）。

Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of phenobarbital in feed by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and specifies that GC-MS method is the referee method. This standard applies to the determination of phenobarbital in compound feed, concentrated feed and premixed feed. The minimum detection amount of HPLC method is 5.0ng (when sampling 5g, the minimum detection limit is 0.10mg/kg), the minimum detection amount of GC-MS method is 0.25ng (when sampling 5g, the minimum detection limit is 0.02mg/kg) .
