本标准规定了牵引车和挂车之间12V标称电压的13芯电连接器的尺寸、接点分布、试验和要求，还规定了当连接器断开时，用于接受和储存插头的存放插座。
Scope
This standard specifies the dimensions, contact arrangement, test and performance requirements for 13-pin connectors with a nominal voltage of 12V between the towing vehicle and the trailer, and also specifies the storage receptacle for receiving and storing the plug when the connector is disconnected.
