《GB/T 20853-2007金属和合金的腐蚀 人造大气中的腐蚀 暴露于间歇喷洒盐溶液和潮湿循环受控条件下的加速腐蚀试验》由TC183(全国钢标准化技术委员会)归口,TC183SC11(全国钢标准化技术委员会金属和合金的腐蚀分会)执行,主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本标准规定了用于加速腐蚀测试的设备和试验过程,该试验以高度可控制的方式模拟了大气腐蚀条件。

Scope

This standard specifies a test method for the resistance of metals to corrosion in the presence of chloride ions, primarily sodium chloride derived from marine and road deicing salts. This standard specifies equipment and test procedures for accelerated corrosion testing that simulates atmospheric corrosion conditions in a highly controlled manner. Metals in this standard include metal materials with corrosion protection and without corrosion protection. This laboratory accelerated corrosion test is applicable to: - metals and their alloys; - metallic coatings (anodic and cathodic); - chemical conversion coatings; - organic coatings on metals. It is especially suitable for comparative experiments on the optimization of surface treatment methods.
