本标准规定了普通圆柱螺旋拉伸弹簧结构型式中最常用的LI(半圆钩环型)、LⅢ(圆钩环扭中心型)及LⅥ(圆钩环压中心型)的尺寸及参数。
本标准适用于受静负荷及循环次数在�巍�105 的动负荷、有初拉力的圆截面圆柱螺旋拉伸弹簧,弹簧材料直径为0.5mm~8.0mm。


Scope

This standard specifies the dimensions and parameters of LI (semicircular shackle type), LⅢ (circular shackle torsion center type) and LVI (round shackle compression center type) most commonly used in ordinary cylindrical helical tension spring structures. This standard is applicable to circular cross-section cylindrical helical tension springs (hereinafter referred to as springs) with static loads and dynamic loads with a cycle number of N≤105, and with initial tension. The diameter of the spring material is 0.5mm~8.0mm.
