本标准规定了动物源食品中阿维菌素类药物残留量的酶联免疫吸附测定法。
本标准适用于牛肉和牛肝中阿维菌素、伊维菌素和埃普利诺菌素残留量的测定。
本标准的方法检测限：阿维菌素类药物在牛肝组织和牛肉组织中的检测限均为2μg/kg。

Scope

This standard specifies the enzyme-linked immunosorbent immunoassay method for the determination of abamectin residues in food of animal origin. This standard is applicable to the residues of abamectin, ivermectin and eprinomectin in beef and bovine liver The detection limit of the method of this standard: the detection limit of abamectins in bovine liver tissue and beef tissue is 2 μg/kg
