《GB/T 21602-2008危险品 大包装底部提升试验方法》由TC251（全国危险化学品管理标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准为首次制定。本标准规定了危险品大包装底部提升试验的试验设备、试样数量、试样准备、试验步骤以及试验报告。本标准适用于危险品大包装的底部提升试验。 本标准对应于联合国《关于危险货物运输的建议书 规章范本》，与其一致性程度为非等效。其有关技术内容与上述手册完全一致，在标准文本格式上按ＧＢ／Ｔ１．１―２０００做了编辑性修改。
Scope
This standard specifies the test equipment, test quantity, sample preparation, test procedure and test report for the bottom lifting test of large packages of dangerous goods. This standard is applicable to the bottom lifting test of large packages of dangerous goods.
