《GB/T 22093-2008电子数显内径千分尺》由TC132（全国量具量仪标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了电子数显内径千分尺的术语和定义、型式与基本参数、要求、试验方法、检验方法、标志与包装等。
本标准适用于分辨力高于或等于0.001mm,量程小于或等于100mm,测量范围上限至500mm 的电子数显内径千分尺。测量范围500mm~6000mm 的电子数显内径千分尺参见附录B。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection methods, signs and packaging of electronic digital display internal micrometers. This standard applies to electronic digital display internal micrometers with a resolution higher than or equal to 0.001mm, a measuring range of less than or equal to 100mm, and an upper limit of the measuring range of 500mm. Refer to Appendix B for the electronic digital display inner micrometer with a measuring range of 500mm to 6000mm.
