Scope
This standard specifies the test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for frozen breaded fish. This standard applies to frozen products or pre-fried products that are breaded or battered with fresh fish, frozen fish, frozen fish fillets, or frozen fish sticks and pieces composed of minced fish flesh.
