《GB/T 223.43-2008钢铁及合金 钨含量的测定 重量法和分光光度法》由TC183(全国钢标准化技术委员会)归口,TC183SC5(全国钢标准化技术委员会钢铁及合金化学成份测定分会)执行,主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
GB/T223的本部分代替GB/T223.43―1994《钢铁及合金化学分析方法 钨量的测定》。 GB/T223的本部分规定了用辛可宁重量法和氯化四苯胂?硫氰酸盐?三氯甲烷萃取分光光度法测定钨含量。
本部分辛可宁重量法适用于合金钢、高温合金和精密合金中质量分数为1.00%~22.00%钨量的测定。
本部分氯化四苯胂?硫氰酸盐?三氯甲烷萃取分光光度法适用于碳钢、合金钢和高温合金中质量分数为0.050%~1.50%钨含量的测定。 本部分与GB/T223.43―1994相比较主要进行了以下修改:
―――名称改为《钢铁及合金 钨含量的测定 重量法和分光光度法》;
―――增加了分析中对试剂和水的说明内容并修改溶液浓度的表示方法;
―――修改了称取试料量表示;
―――修改了结果计算式中量的表示;
―――修改规范了对精密度函数式的说明。


1 Scope

This Part of GB/T 223 specifies Cinchonine gravimetric method and tetraphenylarsonium chloride - rhodanate - methenyl choloride extraction spectrophotometric method for determination of tungsten content.
Cinchonine gravimetric method stated in this Part is applicable to determination of tungsten alloyed steel, high temperature alloy and precision alloy with tungsten mass fraction of 1.00%~22.00%.
The tetraphenylarsonium chloride - rhodanate - methenyl choloride extraction spectrophotometric method stated in this Part is applicable to determination of tungsten in carbon steel, alloyed steel and high temperature alloy with tungsten mass fraction of 0.050%~1.50%.
