《GB/T 22376.1-2008胶粘剂本体试样的制备方法第1部分：双组份体系》由TC185（全国胶粘剂标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
GB/T 22376《胶黏剂　本体试样的制备方法》分为二个部分，本部分为GB/T 22376的第1部分，等同采用ISO 15166-1:1998《胶黏剂　本体试样的制备方法　第1部分：双组分系统》（英文版）。
本部分等同翻译ISO 15166-1:1998，部分规范性引用文件用国家标准取代了国际标准，所引用的标准内容与国际标准没有差异。
GB/T 22376的这部分描述了胶黏剂本体试样的制备方法。本部分所述的制备方法适用于双组分的胶黏剂，如环氧、聚氨酯、丙烯酸酯等。该方法不适用于有挥发性溶剂逸出或固化时有气体释放的胶黏剂本体试样的准备。同时也不适用于那些需要在一个粘接表面上使用引发剂的单组分胶黏剂。此外，该方法不适用于操作时间很短的胶黏剂，因为没有足够的时间去混胶、注胶及合模。

Scope

This part of GB/T 22376 describes the preparation method of the adhesive body sample. The preparation method described in this section is suitable for two-component adhesives, such as epoxy, polyurethane, acrylate, etc. This method is not applicable to the preparation of bulk samples of adhesives that escape from volatile solvents or release gas during curing. It is also not suitable for one-component adhesives that require the use of an initiator on one bonding surface. In addition, this method is not suitable for adhesives with very short operating times, because there is not enough time to mix, inject and close the mold.
