Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, quality requirements and hygienic requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, labeling, and packaging, transportation, and storage requirements of soybean saponins. This standard applies to commercial soybean saponins extracted from soybeans, soybean meal or soybean germ.
