本标准适用于以针织或机织面料制成的，以絮用纤维为填充物的婴幼儿睡袋。
本标准不适用于野外用睡袋。

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, safety requirements and test methods of sleeping sack for babies and young children for import and export.
This standard is applicable to the sleeping sack for babies and young children, which is made of knitted or woven shell fabric and filled with wadding fibre.
This standard is not applicable to the outdoor sleeping sack.
