本标准规定了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)及电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定茶叶中钪(Sc)、钇(Y)、镧(La)、铈(Ce)、镨(Pr)、钕(Nd)、钐(Sm)、铕(Eu)、钆(Gd)、铽(Tb)、镝(Dy)、钬(Ho)、铒(Er)、铥(Tm)、镱(Yb)、镥(Lu)等16种稀土元素(以下简称16种稀土元素)的方法。
本标准适用于茶叶中16种稀土元素的测定。


Scope

This standard specifies the determination of scandium (Sc), yttrium (Y), lanthanum (La) and cerium (Ce) in tea by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). , Praseodymium (Pr), Neodymium (Nd), Samarium (Sm), Europium (Eu), Gadolinium (Gd), Terbium (Tb), Dysprosium (Dy), Holmium (Ho), Erbium (Er), Thulium (Tm) , ytterbium (Yb), lutetium (Lu) and other 16 kinds of rare earth elements. This standard applies to the determination of 16 kinds of rare earth elements in tea.
