本标准适用于水、3％（质量浓度）乙酸溶液、10％（体积分数）乙醇溶液等水基食品模拟物和橄榄油中4-甲基-1-戊烯含量的测定。

Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of 4-methyl-1-pentene in food simulants. This standard applies to the determination of 4-methyl-1-pentene content in water, 3% (mass concentration) acetic acid solution, 10% (volume fraction) ethanol solution and other water-based food simulants and olive oil. The lower limit of determination of 4-methyl-1-pentene in water-based food simulants was 0.005 mg/L, and the lower limit of determination of 4-methyl-1-pentene in olive oil was 0.005 mg/kg.
