As(III)0.002 mg/kg,As(V)0.004 mg/kg。

Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of inorganic arsenic [As(III) arsenite and As(Ⅴ) arsenate] in food by liquid chromatography and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. This standard applies to the determination of inorganic arsenic in food. The method detection limit of this standard is As (Ⅲ) 0.002 mg/kg, As (Ⅴ) 0.004 mg/kg.
