《GB/T 23657-2009力车轮辋系列》由TC19（全国轮胎轮辋标准化技术委员会）归口，TC19SC3（全国轮胎轮辋标准化技术委员会摩托车和自行车轮胎轮辋分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了各种类型的力车轮辋轮廓的尺寸与公差，给出了轮胎与轮辋配合部分的轮辋轮廓曲线及其主要尺寸。本标准适用于GB/T 7377所包含各种系列力车轮胎的轮辋。
Scope
This standard specifies the dimensions and tolerances of various types of power wheel rim contours, and gives the rim contour curve and its main dimensions of the mating part of the tire and the rim. This standard applies to the rims of various series of rickshaw tires included in GB/T 7377.
