《GB/T 23900-2009无损检测 材料超声速度测量方法》由TC56(全国无损检测标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了用A型脉冲反射式超声探伤设备测量材料中超声速度的方法。本标准描述的是一种采用超声速度已知的参考材料(试块),通过比较的方法来测量被测材料中的超声速度。本标准适用于厚度大于或等于5mm的固体材料,且与超声波能量传播方向垂直的两个表面之间的平行度在±3?之间,以及与超声探头耦合的表面粗糙度优于3.2μm。用其它专门研制的超声仪器、辅助设备和专项技术可获得更精确的结果。附录A中列出了测量超声波速度的其它一些方法。注: 包括技术、仪器、材料种类和操作人员等因素的变化都将引起速度指示的变化,有时甚至会达到5 %。上述因素综合到一起的影响结果预期会增加检测精度(可能在1 % 的公差范围以内)。


Scope

This standard specifies the method for measuring the velocity of ultrasound in materials with Type A pulse-echo ultrasonic flaw detection equipment. This standard applies to solid materials with a thickness greater than or equal to 5mm, and the parallelism between the two surfaces perpendicular to the ultrasonic energy propagation direction is between ±3°, and the surface roughness coupled with the ultrasonic probe is better than 3.2μm.
