《GB/T 2407-1980塑料燃烧性能试验方法炽热棒法》由TC15（全国塑料标准化技术委员会）归口，TC15SC4（全国塑料标准化技术委员会通用方法和产品分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本方法适用于硬质塑料试样。本方法仅适用于评定在实验室条件下材料的燃烧性能，而不能作为评定实际使用条件下着火危险性的依据。

Scope

This method is applicable to rigid plastic samples. This method is only suitable for evaluating the combustion performance of materials under laboratory conditions, and cannot be used as a basis for evaluating the fire hazard under actual use conditions.
