《GB/T 24148.2-2009塑料 不饱和聚酯树脂（UP-R） 第2部分：试样制备和性能测定》由TC15（全国塑料标准化技术委员会）归口，TC15SC11（全国塑料标准化技术委员会热固性塑料分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
GB/T24148的本部分规定了不饱和聚酯树脂试样制备方法和测定性能所用的试验方法。规定了试验材料的处理要求,以及模塑前试验材料和试验前试样的状态调节。
交联的不饱和聚酯树脂的性能,可从ISO10350��1:1998的通用试验方法中选择。本部分也包括了不饱和聚酯树脂广泛使用的试验方法或具有特殊意义的其他试验方法(用于未交联树脂成型的特殊性能)。
为了获得可重复的和可比较的试验结果,必须采用本部分规定的试验方法、样品制备、状态调节程序和试样尺寸。
对于以不饱和聚酯树脂为基材的产品,现有的有关性能测定和试样制备的其他标准,可作为参考。

Scope

This part of GB/T 24148 specifies the test methods used for the preparation of unsaturated polyester resin samples and the determination of their properties. Specifies the handling requirements for the test material, as well as the conditioning of the test material before molding and the test specimen before testing. The properties of crosslinked unsaturated polyester resins can be selected from the general test methods of ISO 10350-1:1998. This section also includes test methods widely used for unsaturated polyester resins or other test methods of special significance (for special properties of uncrosslinked resin molding). In order to obtain repeatable and comparable test results, the test methods, sample preparation, conditioning procedures and specimen dimensions specified in this standard must be used. For products based on unsaturated polyester resin, other existing standards related to performance measurement and sample preparation can be used as reference.
