提供一个标准的试验程序以确定散热和非散热器件、设备或其他产品在低温与振动综合条件下使用、贮存和运输的适用性。

Scope

This part applies to combined low temperature/vibration (sinusoidal) tests for heat-dissipating and non-radiating test samples, basically a combination of Test Fc: Vibration (sinusoidal) and Test A: Low temperature. This test method is only applicable when the test sample is exposed to low temperature conditions to achieve temperature stabilization.
