本标准规定了化妆品中需氧嗜温性细菌的常规检测和计数方法，可经需氧培养后对琼脂培养基上的菌落数计数，或检查经增菌后有无细菌生长。本标准可能不适用于某些难溶于水的产品和清洁类用品等样品的检验，可用被证实具有相同效果其他试验方法替代。必要时，可选用本标准的参考文献中列举的确证方法对检测和计数的微生物进行确证。

Scope

This standard specifies the routine detection and counting methods of aerobic mesophilic bacteria in cosmetics, which can count the number of colonies on the agar medium after aerobic culture, or check whether there is bacterial growth after enrichment. This standard may not be applicable to the inspection of samples such as some insoluble products and cleaning products, which can be replaced by other test methods that have been proven to have the same effect. When necessary, the confirmation methods listed in the references of this standard can be used to confirm the microorganisms detected and counted.
