Key Technical Points

Optimization of Extraction Process:For viscous samples such as creams, the standard specifically recommends adding 5mL of water to disperse before extracting with acetonitrile. This operation can improve the separation efficiency of the centrifuge.

Dual Platform Detection:LC-MS/MS uses 0.1% formic acid water-acetonitrile gradient elution for 20 pesticides such as carbaryl; GC-MS uses 5% phenyl-methylpolysiloxane columns for 35 pesticides such as aldrin.


Implementation suggestions

  1. Standard solutions should be prepared and used immediately, and stored at -18°C away from light
  2. For cream samples, it is recommended to add a water dispersion step
  3. Pay attention to the matrix effect of compounds such as epoxiconazole in LC-MS/MS
