《GB/T 24622-2009绝缘子表面湿润性测量导则》由TC80(全国绝缘子标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准描述的方法适用于架空线路、变电站和电气设备用的复合绝缘子的伞和伞套材料湿润性的测量,也适用于覆盖或不覆盖涂层的瓷绝缘子湿润性的测量。测得的值代表其测量时刻的湿润性。
本标准的目的是描述可用于测定绝缘子湿润性的3种方法。水湿润绝缘子表面的能力的测定可用来评价在用绝缘子表面的状态,或作为实验室中绝缘子试验的一部分。


Scope

The method described in this standard is suitable for the measurement of the wettability of umbrella and umbrella cover materials for composite insulators used in overhead lines, substations and electrical equipment, and also for the measurement of wettability of porcelain insulators with or without coating. The measured value represents the wettability at the moment of its measurement. The purpose of this standard is to describe three methods that can be used to determine the wettability of insulators. The determination of the ability of water to wet the surface of an insulator may be used to evaluate the condition of the surface of an insulator in service, or as part of insulator testing in the laboratory.
