《GB/T 24635.3-2009产品几何技术规范（GPS）坐标测量机（CMM）确定测量不确定度的技术第3部分：应用已校准工件或标准件》由TC240（全国产品几何技术规范标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
GB/T24635的本部分规定了对使用坐标测量机和已校准工件得到的测量结果进行测量不确定度评估的方法。提供了针对坐标测量机测量的简化不确定度评估的实验方法,该方法(替代测量)采用与实际测量一样的方式,只是使用尺寸及形状与实际工件相似的已校准工件替代未知的被测工件。
同时还涉及到坐标测量机上的非替代测量方法,不确定度评估过程的必要条件?所需的测量设备以及测量不确定度的复验和中间检查等。

Scope

This part of GB/T 24635 specifies the method for evaluating the measurement uncertainty of the measurement results obtained using a coordinate measuring machine and a calibrated workpiece. Provides an experimental method for simplified uncertainty assessment of coordinate measuring machine measurements (surrogate measurements) in the same manner as actual measurements, except that an unknown measured part is replaced by a calibrated part that is similar in size and shape to the actual part . At the same time, it also involves non-substitute measurement methods on coordinate measuring machines, the necessary conditions for the uncertainty assessment process, the required measurement equipment, and the retest and intermediate inspection of measurement uncertainty.
