本标准代替GB/T 2523-1990《冷轧薄板(带)表面粗糙度测量方法》。
本标准规定了冷轧金属薄板(带)表面粗糙度和峰值数的术语和定义、测试要求、测量过程及结果和测试报告。
本标准适用于测量冷轧金属薄板(带)表面粗糙度和峰值数。
本标准此次修订对GB/T 2523-1990的主要内容作了下列修改:
———重新编排章节;
———删除Rr、Rz、λB等术语及定义;
———删除传输特性曲线及相关表格;
———增加有关峰值数的术语、定义及测试条件和方法;
———增加附录A“滤波中心线波纹度WCA的测量”;
———增加附录B“标准块标称值的验证示例”。
