Scope
This part of GB/T 27797 specifies the method for preparing test panels by wet molding. The reproducibility of the test panels prepared by this method makes it possible to compare the properties of the test panels prepared at different times and in different places. Specimens cut from test panels prepared by wet molding can be used to determine the properties of the reinforcement used. Reinforcement materials can be felt or fabric, the following properties should be paid attention to: - water absorption (ISO 62); - flexural strength and flexural modulus (ISO 178); - impact properties (charpy) (ISO 179); - tensile strength , tensile modulus and elongation at break (ISO 527-4). This part of GB/T 27797 is used together with GB/T 27797.1.
