Scope

This standard specifies the type and model, technical requirements, test methods and requirements, inspection rules, marking requirements, coating requirements, storage and transportation and safe use regulations of steel seamless gas cylinder cluster devices. This standard applies to cluster devices filled with compressed gas and high-pressure liquefied gas. The gas cylinders in the cluster device shall meet the requirements of GB 5099 and have the same nominal working pressure, diameter and volume. The nominal working pressure range is 8MPa to 30MPa. The total water volume of the bottle is less than or equal to 3000L. The operating environment temperature of the cluster device is -40°C~60°C. The nominal working pressure of the cluster device used for filling oxygen shall not exceed 20MPa. This standard does not apply to cluster devices filled with toxic or highly toxic gases, nor to cluster devices filled with fire-fighting gas and fixed on vehicles.
