Scope

This standard specifies the design, manufacture and process, inspection and test of aluminum alloy enclosures for outdoor and indoor high-voltage switchgear filled with compressed dry air, inert gases such as sulfur hexafluoride or nitrogen or a mixture of these gases , certification and identification etc. This standard applies to aluminum alloy enclosures of outdoor and indoor high-voltage switchgear filled with compressed dry air, inert gases such as sulfur hexafluoride or nitrogen, or a mixture of these gases. The gas is mainly used for insulation and/or extinguishing. Rated voltage of arc and high-voltage switchgear: ——3.6kV~40.5kV and the design pressure of the air-filled compartment is greater than 0.3MPa (gauge pressure at 20°C); ——72.5kV and above. The components contained in the enclosure of electrical equipment are not limited to the following components: - circuit breaker; - load switch; - isolating switch; - earthing switch; - current transformer; - voltage transformer; - lightning arrester; - Bus bars and connectors; - Rigid gas insulated transmission lines. It also includes pressure-bearing parts, such as the arc extinguishing chamber of the switchgear with live shell, etc.
