Scope
This part of GB/T 29023 specifies the concept and process of measuring the particle size distribution of one or more materials dispersed in a liquid by ultrasonic method. The scope includes colloids, dispersions, slurries and emulsions. The typical particle size The analysis range is from 10 nm to 3 mm, but particles beyond this range can also be measured. The measurable range of the volume concentration of the dispersed phase is from 0.1% to 50% or even higher, depending on the density comparison between the continuum and the dispersoid.
