Scope

This standard specifies the principle, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, preparation of samples and glass samples, X-ray fluorescence spectrometry analysis, test report, precision, etc. for the determination of components in iron-containing dust by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. This standard is applicable to the nine chemical components of total iron, silicon dioxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, aluminum oxide, titanium dioxide, manganese oxide, phosphorus pentoxide and zinc oxide in iron-making and steel-making dust sludge. The ray fluorescence spectrum was measured at the same time, and the measurement range is listed in Table 1.
