《GB/T 3048.4-2007电线电缆电性能试验方法 第4部分：导体直流电阻试验》由TC213（全国电线电缆标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准规定了导体直流电阻试验的试验设备、试样制备、试验程序、试验结果及计算和试验记录。

1 Scope
This part of GB/T 3048 specifies the test equipment, sample preparation, test procedures, test results, calculation and test records of DC resistance of conductors.
The test methods specified in this part are applicable to measure the DC resistance of electric wire and cable conductors. The measurement range is:
——Double bridge: (2 × 10-5 ~ 09.9)Ω;
——Wheatstone bridge: 1Ω ~ 100Ω or above.
The test methods specified in this part are not applicable to measure the DC resistance of assembled electric wires and cables.
This part shall be used together with GB/T 3048.1.
