《GB/T 30711-2014摩擦材料热分解温度测定方法》由TC406(全国非金属矿产品及制品标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国建筑材料联合会。
本标准规定了摩擦材料热分解温度测定的术语和定义、试验设备、试样制备、设备校准、试验步骤、结果表述和试验报告。
本标准适用于测定干式摩擦材料的分解温度和分解速率,也适用于测定摩擦材料中所含挥发物、添加剂和/或填料的含量,摩擦材料用原材料可参照使用。
本标准适用于动态模式(在程序条件下质量随温度或时间变化)或等温模式(在恒定温度下质量随时间变化)下进行热重测量。


Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, test equipment, sample preparation, equipment calibration, test procedures, result expression and test report for the determination of thermal decomposition temperature of friction materials. This standard is applicable to the determination of the decomposition temperature and decomposition rate of dry friction materials, and is also applicable to the determination of the content of volatiles, additives and/or fillers contained in friction materials. The raw materials for friction materials can be used by reference. This standard applies to thermogravimetric measurements in dynamic mode (mass change with temperature or time under program conditions) or isothermal mode (mass change with time at constant temperature).
