《GB/T 30737-2014海洋微微型光合浮游生物的测定流式细胞测定法》由TC283（全国海洋标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为自然资源部(海洋)。
本标准规定了3种测试屋顶及屋顶覆盖制品外部对火反应的试验方法,并分别规定了不同的试验条件:
―――试验方法A:火源A;
―――试验方法B:火源B和风;
―――试验方法C:火源C、风和附加辐射热。
本标准适用于建筑屋顶及屋顶覆盖制品包括其绝热层、防潮层或系统的外部对火反应试验。

Scope

This standard specifies the flow cytometry method for the number of cells of Prochlorococcus, Synechococcus and pico-eukaryotic algae in marine pico-photosynthetic plankton. This standard is applicable to the flow cytometric determination of the cell numbers of the above three main groups of picoplankton in the ocean.
