《GB/T 3074.2-2008石墨电极弹性模量测定方法》由TC183（全国钢标准化技术委员会）归口，TC183SC15（全国钢标准化技术委员会炭素材料分会）执行，主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本部分１９８２年首次发布。　ＧＢ／Ｔ３０７４《石墨电极测定方法》分为５个部分,本部分为ＧＢ／Ｔ３０７４的第２部分。本部分代替ＧＢ／Ｔ３０７４．２―１９８２《石墨电极弹性模量测定方法》。本部分规定了石墨电极弹性模量测定原理、仪器设备、试样、试验步骤、结果计算。本部分适用于室温下石墨电极弹性模量的测定。本部分与ＧＢ／Ｔ３０７４．２―１９８２相比主要进行了如下修订：
―――增加了前言、规范性引用文件、原理、试验结果条款；
―――删减了定义、计算公式条款；
―――修改了试样条款；
―――计算公式中弹性模量单位变为ＧＰａ。

Scope

This part specifies the principle of measuring elastic modulus of graphite electrodes, equipment, samples, test procedures and calculation of results. This section applies to the determination of the elastic modulus of graphite electrodes at room temperature.
