本标准规定了斜拉桥钢绞线拉索的术语和定义、符号和说明、拉索结构、技术要求、拉索产品验收检
验、标志、包装、运输及贮存、拉索防腐与防护、拉索安装、拉索更换、拉索的检查等。
本标准适用于采用单根 PE 防护钢绞线作为受拉构件的斜拉桥钢绞线拉索(以下简称拉索)的设
计、试验与安装。
本标准适用于公路及城市道路桥梁的斜拉索,其他工程结构的拉索亦可参照使用。

Key points of technical innovation

The standard specifies for the first time the durability test method of PE protective steel strand:

  • Chemical stability: Passed the 45-day immersion test in CaCl2/NaOH/Ca(OH)2 solution
  • Chloride ion barrier: 45-day penetration of 3mol/L NaCl solution <10-4mol/L
  • Mechanical properties: 9N·m impact without cracking, wear resistance>1000L/0.25mm

  1. Single tension force deviation is controlled within ±2%
  2. Outer sheath installation reserves thermal expansion and contraction space
  3. Protective cover must be installed after the anchor is poured with anti-corrosion material
