《GB/T 3086-2008高碳铬不锈轴承钢》由TC183（全国钢标准化技术委员会）归口，TC183SC13（全国钢标准化技术委员会轴承钢分会）执行，主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本标准代替GB/T 3086-1982《高碳铬不锈轴承钢技术条件》。本标准规定了高碳铬不锈轴承钢的尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志及质量证明书等。本标准适用于公称直径为5mm~160mm的热轧、锻制、冷拉、剥皮及磨光圆钢，公称直径5mm~40mm的盘条和公称直径为1mm~16mm的钢丝。

Scope

This standard specifies the size, shape, weight and allowable deviation, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marks and quality certificates of high-carbon chromium stainless bearing steel. This standard applies to hot-rolled, forged, cold-drawn, peeled and polished round steel with a nominal diameter of 5 mm to 160 mm, wire rods with a nominal diameter of 5 mm to 40 mm and steel wires with a nominal diameter of 1 mm to 16 mm.
