《GB/T 3098.5-2000紧固件机械性能自攻螺钉》由TC85（全国紧固件标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了渗碳钢自攻螺钉的性能及相应的实验方法。其螺纹应符合GB/T 5280、螺纹规格为ST2.2～ST8。

1 Scope

This standard specifies the properties and corresponding test methods of case hardening steel tapping screws. The threads shall meet the requirements of GB/T 5280 and the thread sizes shall range between ST 2.2~ST 8.
