《GB/T 31013-2014声学 管道、阀门和法兰的隔声》由TC17(全国声学标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国科学院。
本标准规定了管道隔声3个等级(等级 A、等级B和等级 C)的声学性能要求;描述了符合这3种声
学性能等级要求的结构形式;提供了测量每一种结构形式声学性能的标准测试方法。已有的和新的隔
声结构可参照这3个等级来定级。
本标准适用于圆形管道和附属管件的隔声,适用于直径小于300mm、最小壁厚4.2mm 的管道及
直径大于或等于300mm、最小壁厚6.3mm 的管道,最大直径可达1m。不适用于矩形管、容器及设备
的隔声。
本标准包括隔声的设计和安装,为噪声控制工程技术人员在具体应用中确定需要的隔声等级和范
围提供指导和帮助;同时提供了典型隔声结构的示例作为参考。
本标准的重点在于隔声而不是绝热,用于指导噪声控制工程的设计和施工人员;绝热的有关细节不
在本标准范围内。


Scope

This standard specifies the acoustic performance requirements for three grades of pipe sound insulation (grade A, grade B and grade C); describes the structural forms that meet the requirements of these three acoustic performance grades; provides the method for measuring the acoustic performance of each structural form Standard Test Method. Existing and new sound insulation structures can be rated with reference to these three levels. This standard is applicable to the sound insulation of circular pipes and auxiliary pipe fittings. It is applicable to pipes with a diameter less than 300 mm and a minimum wall thickness of 4.2 mm and pipes with a diameter greater than or equal to 300 mm and a minimum wall thickness of 6.3 mm. The maximum diameter can reach 1 m. . Not suitable for sound insulation of rectangular pipes, containers and equipment. This standard includes the design and installation of sound insulation, and provides guidance and assistance for noise control engineers and technicians to determine the required sound insulation level and scope in specific applications; at the same time, it provides examples of typical sound insulation structures as a reference. This standard focuses on sound insulation rather than thermal insulation, and is used to guide the design and construction personnel of noise control projects; the relevant details of thermal insulation are not within the scope of this standard.
