本标准所述的多功能切菜机,是指用于食品店、餐馆、超市、菜场和食堂等场所,由非专业人员使用的商用多功能切菜机,本标准不适用于家用或工业用的多功能切菜机。

Scope

This standard specifies the test methods for electrical safety, mechanical safety, safety and sanitation, blade hardness, noise, and performance of commercial multi-function vegetable cutters. The multifunctional vegetable cutting machine mentioned in this standard refers to the commercial multifunctional vegetable cutting machine used by non-professionals in places such as food stores, restaurants, supermarkets, vegetable markets and canteens. This standard does not apply to household or industrial use multifunctional vegetable cutter.
